Ford puma st startup interior noise

Recently purchased a puma st. While the car is brilliant. Each time I start up, I can only describe it as a motor trying to turn and getting stuck, or kind of like an alarm.   It happens when I first switch the engine on.  Coming from the fan near the steering wheel. The climate controls all still work.

once it has made this noise around 4-5 times it stops until the engine is off.

It is still under warranty just wondering if anyone has had the same issue

Should be an easy dealer warranty fix. It's not like they can say it's normal or they can't hear it!
