Fuel pump relay - crank no start

Hello all.  where is the fuel pump relay?

I have a 2004 Ford Ranger 2.5litre turbo pick up truck (I'm in the UK) (I think that it is the same as a Mazda B2500).  I have a "crank no start" with it. It has been fabulously reliable up until now and has been reasonably well serviced.  It was working one day and wouldn't start the next with no indication of trouble.  I have charged the battery, there is fuel in the tank and I have checked the fuses (the big ones in the engine bay are all good and the smaller ones next to the driver's knee.  I have the owner's manual and can't see a fuse that works the fuel pump. But they are look good.

At the moment, I presume that it is a problem with the fuel supply.  I would like to find and replace the fuel pump relay (as it is the easiest thing to try first) but I have no idea where it is.  I have looked for a workshop manual online. Is the Haynes manual on the B2500 any good?

Any other advice, would be gratefully received. I presume that fuel pump itself is at the top of the fuel tank which is under the flat bed (I would rather not do this if I can do something easier).

Thanks
