Can't find heater blower fuse in Dutch Focus 2000

Hi everyone. I'm trying to fix a non-working heater blower and would first like to check the fuse but I can't find it.

My Dutch Focus 2000 handbook says it's fuse #45 but as you will see from the photo of the fusebox there is no #45, nor any connection to that slot.

A downloaded English version of the handbook says it's fuse #58, but the Dutch handbook says that fuse is for something else. The 7.5 amp fuse in #58 looks unblown.

I know my problem might be the heater fan regulator behind the glove box, but I want to know for certain that it's not the fuse before I started getting into that.

Attached are a photo of the fuse box and screenshots of the fuse box assignments in the downloaded pdf manuals in Dutch and English.

If anyone has a clue how to proceed I would be glad to hear it.

Thanks in advance and greetings from sunny Holland!

Alain
